* Our client is an USD Private Equity Fund. We are looking for one candidate familiar with Retail Service Business to help manage one large portfolio company they invested.
Position Overview
* As a Portfolio Manager, you will be assigned to oversee the operations and strategic development of one of our invested companies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with the company's leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership. Assume a hands-on role in the daily operations of the invested company, working closely with the existing management team to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
* Strategic Planning. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the long-term success and growth of the company. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and areas for expansion.
* Financial Analysis. Conduct thorough financial analysis, assess risk factors, and provide insights to guide decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track the company's performance.
* Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the current CEO and executive team, to foster a collaborative and cohesive working environment.
* Succession Planning. Demonstrate the potential to assume the role of CEO of the invested company in the future. Work closely with the current leadership team and main stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of success if needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in portfolio management, business development, or executive leadership roles.
* Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
* Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving business objectives and driving growth.
