Principal Platform Architect

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee architecture for all platforms in a specific BU/Domain.
2. Provide hands-on leadership in incident resolution, ensuring service resilience and sustainability.
3. Optimize systems, including applications, databases, and networks, to enhance reliability and performance.
4. Maintain data integrity and improve user experience while addressing security concerns.

Qualifications

1. Requires extensive experience in platform architecture, with a proven track record in leading complex IT systems and services.
2. Deep knowledge of various systems including applications, databases, middleware, and networks, with the ability to apply fine-tuning and configuration changes for optimization.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
4. Capable of creating and influencing technology roadmaps, aligning investments with business objectives, and understanding both technical and business landscapes.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with senior stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive consensus on technical strategies and solutions.
