Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate all site-level production activities to align with organizational goals and performance targets.

• Oversee end-to-end operational workflows including manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, and order fulfillment to ensure maximum efficiency.

• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve production issues or order discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Manage and evaluate the performance of external service partners and vendors.

• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recommend process enhancements as needed.

• Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and performance support to site staff
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in STEM disciplines

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management.

• Proven ability to work effectively in team-oriented and cross-cultural environments.
