Job Description:
In line with business priorities, lead and develop a team of specialists to provide expertise and support to introduce new products/existing products re-design and support manufacturing implementation:
1. Key lead in innovation strategy and pipieline development; 
2. Key lead in innovation project management to deliver functional support on time and on design brief; communicate within and across the global/local teams
3. Lead product solution and development in innovation, from the start till industrialization stage
4. Lead product renovation projects based on commercial and requlatory requirements which includes recipe upgrade, clean label, cost improvement, customized products, etc.
5. Co-op with other functions on CAPEX investment and material supplier selection process 
6. Drive continuous imrpovement on operation efficiency and effectiveness
7. Build, train and develop team with improving competence and loyalty to the org
8. Promote the culture and practice of glo-local collaboration and exchanging ideas/best practice 
Qualifications:
Loyalty and stablity is key to the new hiring 
1. Bachelor degree or above in Food Engineering or related majority; 
2. >10Y experience in Food R&D, Cheese know-how is a Plus. 
3. with >5Y team management, proven capability of developing and leading people.   
3. Fluent English as working language; Good Knowledge in China Food Law and Regulations.
4. Having successful practices in managing sizable and complex projects.  
5. Being familiar with NPD process from Innovation/Renovation to mass production.
6. Ownership and Customer centric mindset; Result-oriented. 
7. Creative & strategic thinking, excellent collaboration and communication skill.
