R & D Manager

职位描述
1、组织实施新产品年度规划、管理、实施等工作；
2、根据客户及市场需求制定新产品研究开发计划并实施，与客户保持良好合作关系，新产品展示与客户推广；
3、新产品配方设计、工艺研究及成本核算，新产品工艺及标准制定、工艺培训等；
4、统筹协调销售、品控、生产、工程、采购、财务等相关部门共同完成新产品上市等相关工作；
5、进行新技术新材料试验，老产品改良等相关工作；
6、监督管理所辖人员履行自己的工作职责；
7、完成上级交办的其他任务。
1、Organize and implement annual planning, management, and implementation of new products
2、Develop and implement new product research and development plans based on customer and market needs, maintain good cooperative relationships with customers, showcase and promote new products to customers
3、Responsible for new product formula design, process research and cost accounting, new product process and product spec, process training, etc.
4、Work with cross-function team from sales, QA/QC, production, engineering, procurement, finance and other relevant departments to launch new products and other related work
5、Conduct new technology and new material test, improve old products, and other related work
6、Supervise and manage personnel under their jurisdiction to fulfill their job responsibilities
7、Complete other tasks assigned by leader

任职要求：
1、本岗位要求具有5年以上肉制品研发开发相关工作经验；
2、熟练电脑操作，excel、word等office软件应用；
3、熟练运用英语口语，书写；
4、具备食品加工的专业知识，了解研发行业的发展及趋势，具备丰富的研发经验，动手能力强；
5、个人综合能力和素质突出，按照有关规定或经上级审批同意，可以适当放宽任职条件。
1、This position requires at least 5 years of working experience in meat product research and development.
2、Proficient in computer operation, Excel, Word and other office software application;
3、Fluent in oral and written English.
4、Have professional knowledge of food processing technology, well understand the development and trends of the meat research and development industry, have rich experience in research and development work, strong hands-on ability.
5、Individuals with outstanding comprehensive abilities and qualities may have their job requirements relaxed appropriately in accordance with relevant rules or with the approval of superiors.
