Our client is a top-tier retail conglomerate across Asia. This role belongs to South China regional HR team with a dual-reporting structure.
岗位职责
- 衔接海外总部与本地团队，统筹区域人力及文化管理工作
- 要求具备平行领导力、商业思维与强合规能力
- 中英文流利，有零售 / 快消高端人力管理经验优先

- Act as the bridge between global HQ and local teams, oversee regional people & culture management
- Require strong Parallel Leadership, commercial acumen and compliance awareness
- Fluent in English & Mandarin; Senior HR leadership experience in retail/FMCG is preferred

要求 Must Have
- 具备成熟的平行领导力，有跨国零售 / 快消行业统筹总部与本地管理的实操经验。
- 商业思维突出，可深度结合业务目标开展人力工作。
- 熟悉中国大陆劳动法规，合规意识与风险把控能力出众。
- 中英文流利，可顺畅对接海外总部团队。
- 拥有大型零售、快消行业区域人力负责人或高级 HRBP 管理经验。
- Mature Parallel Leadership with hands-on experience balancing HQ and local management in multinational retail/FMCG companies.
- Strong commercial mindset to integrate HR work with business objectives.
- Full knowledge of PRC labor laws with outstanding compliance awareness and risk management skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with overseas HQ teams.
- Management experience as regional HR leader or senior HRBP in large retail / FMCG enterprises.
