Accountability and Objectives
 
The Regional Sales Manager of Food Service & Retail will have accountability for the business development in the area, building tight partnership with distributors and customers, and delivery of both sales targets & marketing plans
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the achievement of budget sales volumes and profitability, proactively recommends gap closing corrective actions.
  • Lead and motivate existing distributors, evaluate and develop new distributors in region.
  • Maintain and strength the relationship with existing customers, develop new customers (through distributors or even direct customers). 
  • Drive the implementation local action plans developed jointly with trade marketing and E-com.
  • Develops and execute route to market for food service and retail in the region.
  • Be the key personal for all regional contactor, also handling all the complaints and KA service activities and any other related case in region.
  • Provide the market report and information per company requested on a timely manner.
 
Skills &qualifications
  • Qualifications : University degree with recognised institute. Preferably in Business.
  • Experience:
  1. 5+ years of sales experience in the Food Service, familiar with Bakery & HORECA channel
  2. 3+years of experience in KA and distributor management, regional/area management.
  3. Proven track record of exceeding sales, revenue and marketing targets on a regular basis.
  4. Worked for International companies
  • Knowledge
  1. Basic Financial knowledge
  2. Dairy industry knowledge
  3. Strong sensibility to sales driven.
  • Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English
