**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our flagship store in Beijing. As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales Performance:** Drive sales targets through effective team management, product knowledge training, and implementing sales strategies.
2. **Customer Experience:** Ensure that every customer receives a personalized and memorable shopping experience, maintaining the brand's luxury standards.
3. **Team Leadership:** Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets, providing ongoing coaching and development.
4. **Visual Merchandising:** Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to showcase products effectively and maintain the brand image.
5. **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with headquarters for replenishment.
6. **Operational Excellence:** Ensure smooth store operations, including cash handling procedures, opening and closing duties, and compliance with company policies.
7. **Market Analysis:** Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
8. **Event Coordination:** Organize and execute promotional events, VIP sales, and other initiatives to drive foot traffic and enhance brand awareness.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
