Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for RFID products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of RFID solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to clients.

Solution Selling:
- Analyze client requirements and propose customized RFID solutions to meet their business needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and negotiation terms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RFID solutions.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.

Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in RFID technology and industry best practices.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand knowledge and business network.
- Participate in internal training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in RFID technology or related industries.
- Strong understanding of RFID technology and its applications across various sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
