Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share for our automation components portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking efforts.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals.
  5. Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to customers as needed.
  6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
  8. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
  9. Stay up-to-date with advancements in automation technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the automation industry.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
