Responsibilities:
- Do the sales and marketing activities in Division in order to meet company objectives and sales targets / plan.
- Increasing the Sales and Profit in the EM sales
- Explore and obtain the New market and Customers
- Collect market and industry information, understanding deeply to the market, and provide support for the assignment of sales strategy
- Ensure compliance with product regulation through sustainability assessment
- Execute sales plans including principal introductions, account recommendations, product sales volumes, pricing, visit planning, account potential analysis/plans, and budgeting.
- Achieve revenue and margin targets for distribution sales.
- Customer development & relationship building, through sales force to reflect regular visits and account plans.
- Prices and terms (contracting) for Key Accounts.
- Collaborate with principals on marketing activities such as road shows, seminars.
- Manage all customer interactions including complaint management.
- Market information gathering and analysis.
- Monitor stock availability and control working capital with the Supply Chain, addressing slow-moving and redundant stock as needed.
- Degree in science or chemistry with good knowledge of engineering plastic industries.
- Min. 5 years' experience in sales distribution and commercial practices at business level
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Automotive, Electronics and precision manufacturing industry is preferred
- Proven growth track record through identifying and progressing new business opportunities. Ability to drive business with energy and enthusiasm.
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
- Good communication skills in order to express ideas and issues to individual from a broad range of cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to achieve group objectives
