Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies in the pharmaceutical, agricultural, and chemical industries. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve company objectives in the pharmaceutical, agricultural, and chemical markets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales efforts.
  5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, agricultural, or chemical industries.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales plans.
  7. Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach to business.
