Sales Manager

Ic sales and focus on Automotive customers.

1.Achieve team & individual business target, drive revenue growth and gain market share
2.ldentify the projects with high growth potential and acquire resources/ competencies to maximize design winsincluding the involvement/support of the relevant HQ departments
3.Monitor the sales and demand creation activities, and provide appropriate sales reporting timely.
4. Team up with marketing, application engineers, system engineers &management to achieve defined target
5.Build strong and long-lasting relationship with customers

Profile
1.At least 5 years' work experience related to sales is preferred
2.Familiar with MNC internal working process & timely written reporting
3.Good interpersonal & communication skill for business propositions
4. Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external
5. Ability to articulate well business proposal along with technical across all levels of hierarchy.
6.Fluent written & oral English for business
