Senior Compliance & Regulator Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance and regulatory strategies in line with internal policies and external regulations.
• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may impact the company's operations.
• Provide compliance and regulatory advice to the business units to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigating actions.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for staff at all levels.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and act as a primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings.
• Lead and manage a team of compliance officers to achieve the department's objectives.

Requirements:

• University degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in compliance or regulatory affairs, preferably in the gaming or sports industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Racing Act and Anti-Corruption Ordinance.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory information.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong project management skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
