Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Overseas Property Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Overseas Property Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales agents, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets for overseas property sales.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and support to maximize the team's performance.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including investors, buyers, and property developers. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the overseas property market. Use insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  5. Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers and investors. Utilize various channels such as online platforms, networking events, and partnerships to generate leads.
  6. Property Promotion: Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to showcase overseas properties effectively. This may include organizing property viewings, hosting events, creating marketing materials, and utilizing digital marketing channels.
  7. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Facilitate the closing process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to overseas property sales. Stay up-to-date on changes in legislation and best practices.
  9. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, trends, and projections. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in property sales, overseas education or other professional service high net worth client that a focus on overseas markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of the overseas property market, including market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Cantonese and mandarin).
