Main Responsibilities:

  1. Establish a framework for transitioning goods from Guangzhou office to HK Office operations.
  2. Collaborate with partners to design an overall operational model, optimizing existing processes.
  3. Lead the team to create a task list and develop a project schedule.
  4. Establish service agreements and operational processes with business units.
  5. Ensure customer experiences are met in operational processes.
  6. Participate in the development of the overall project scope document.
  7. Document processes to support data analysis and simulation.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree from a prestigious university, with a background in engineering or business-related fields.
  2. At least 15 years of experience in project and operations management in complex business environments.
  3. Experience in managing large-scale change projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  4. A track record of managing significant business risks and successfully delivering projects.
  5. Skilled in stakeholder relationship management.
  6. Professional qualifications in process improvement and project management methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Scrum certification.
  7. Strong project management and facilitation skills.
  8. Proficient in business process modeling and analysis tools.
  9. Expertise in MS Office and project management software.
