Main Responsibilities:
- Establish a framework for transitioning goods from Guangzhou office to HK Office operations.
- Collaborate with partners to design an overall operational model, optimizing existing processes.
- Lead the team to create a task list and develop a project schedule.
- Establish service agreements and operational processes with business units.
- Ensure customer experiences are met in operational processes.
- Participate in the development of the overall project scope document.
- Document processes to support data analysis and simulation.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from a prestigious university, with a background in engineering or business-related fields.
- At least 15 years of experience in project and operations management in complex business environments.
- Experience in managing large-scale change projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- A track record of managing significant business risks and successfully delivering projects.
- Skilled in stakeholder relationship management.
- Professional qualifications in process improvement and project management methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Scrum certification.
- Strong project management and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in business process modeling and analysis tools.
- Expertise in MS Office and project management software.
