Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs that enhance the performance and product knowledge of our retail staff. This role requires a strong background in retail management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Implement Training Programs: Create and update retail training materials, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Ensure training content is aligned with company values, brand messaging, and retail objectives.
  2. Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct in-person and online training sessions for new hires and existing staff, focusing on skill development, product familiarity, and sales strategies. Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to enhance individual performance.
  3. Assess Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the impact of training programs through performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data. Identify areas for improvement and adjust training content and methods accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with Retail Teams: Work closely with store managers, sales associates, and other retail personnel to understand their training needs and challenges. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure retail teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets.
  5. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Monitor retail industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform training content and methods. Seek opportunities to incorporate innovative training techniques to enhance learning experiences.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in retail management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail management or training roles,especially in fashion,accessories,luxury and cosmetics industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering training materials using various formats (e.g., PowerPoint, videos, interactive workshops).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to different stores for training sessions and team meetings.
