Responsibilities:

  • Drive the people development agenda with customised learning solutions or and specified development interventions.
  • In charge of office and retail talent development program by yearly talent review and calibration, work with management team to define the business development needs link with learning solution, help the team to grow as the fast-growing business requires.
  • Customize the learning follow-up scheme by different programs, responsible for the retail training programs (service/selling skill/leadership relevant etc.) from global and local side, create all training toolbox in close collaboration with the departments of expertise in the area. Set the assessment methodology, link with business indicator maximumly and track the result.
  • Provide expertise to HRBP in the perspective of talent development. Provide coaching and support to team members development.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years working experience in the Retail Field, luxury experience is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of retail training (product/service/retail KPIs) and on-site coaching.
  • Excellent communication and presenting skill, and fluent in English
  • Creative open mindset and positive thinker.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Detail-driven, multi-tasker.
