Supply Chain Head

• My client is a leading premium brand in the personal care industry, committed to delivering high-quality products that enhance the well-being of the customers. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, they are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic individual to lead the supply chain initiatives. 

• The head of supply chain will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process, from procurement to distribution. 

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. 
• Oversee the procurement of raw materials and components, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Manage logistics and distribution operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to markets.
• Collaborate with production, marketing and sales teams to aligh supply chain activities with business goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as company policies.
• Implement sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to align with corporate social responsibility goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the personal care or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Proven track record of implementing successful supply chain strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
