Area Sales Manager - Jiangsu

Principal Accountabilities:
 
The position is expected to have a positive impact the sales and financial objectives by leading the Jiangsu Sales Team to achieve the target as well as developing relationships with key accounts in Jiangsu Area. 
 

• Lead the team to achieve the team target.
• Develop key accounts within the area to achieve the personal target.
• Support the team to identify the new opportunities and drive the organic growth.
• Co-ordinate with the supporting functions to support the business growth.

 
Requires:
 

• At least 5 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably in the paint industry.
• Familiar with the protective coating market in particular for Jiangsu area.
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• Strong adaptability and teamwork spirit.
• Able to travel frequently within the region.
