Category Manager

Reporting to: Managing Director ( Foreigner) 
Team size: 4 
Location: Shanghai 
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage the existing localization process of existing products; formulate all new products localization process and developing system in China;
2. Commit to drive and manage the procedure of new products development and existing products improvement according to the local market circumstance; 
3. Be active in cooperating with Sales and Marketing team to establish the product mix strategy in coordinate with the Company's sales strategy in short and long term;
Main Requirements:
1. University degree of above in engineering and or manufacturing; 
2. 8 years kitchen or bathroom filed industry experience. At least 5 years working experience shall focus on product management responsibility;
3. Proficient in written and spoken English;
