Digital & Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Shanghai, China
 
Your key responsibilities include:

• Digital Marketing Initiatives: Lead and optimize our SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging brand representation
• Trend Analysis and Insights: Identify industry trends & insights to optimize spending and performance
• Growth Strategies: Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to enhance our market position and achieve our growth targets
• Agency and Vendor Management: Collaborate, manage, and liaise with external agencies and vendors to support our marketing initiatives

 
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: 4-6 years in a Marketing role, with a strong preference for experience in B2B settings
• Goal-oriented: Success-driven, with a proven track record of achieving marketing and growth objectives
• Stakeholders’ Management: Excellent ability to work with and communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Language Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal English and Mandarin
• Strong communication skills: Enabling effective internal and external engagements
