Job Description
- Oversee and manage the Sales & Operations Planning process for all product lines.
- Coordinate monthly reviews with supply chain leaders to align demand and supply, and address potential issues.
- Consolidate plans for executive meetings, provide strategic insights, and execute decisions.
- Support budgeting, strategic planning, and drive supply chain optimization projects.
- Develop customer service strategies, train teams, and implement technological advancements to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain, with a background in Food, Beverage, or Pharma.
- At least 10 years leading international supply chain projects and systems.
- Proven leadership in reorganization and optimization of supply chain functions.
- Excellent communication, change management, and influence skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
