ABOUT our client:
* Our client is an Asset Management Platform under one famous MNC PE.
About the Role:
* This role is under future leadership program of the PE Platform.
Main responsibilities of the Role:
* Candidate will start as HRBP / Overall HR Manager of this asset management platform. He/she will take whole HR functions assignments for this platform, including but not limited to HC planning, budgeting, talent recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee relationship.
* The candidate need properly corporate and manage external vendors.
* The candidate will get support from HR of PE platform and participant the Future Leadership program.
Candidate Required:
* Bachelor degree above;
* 3-6 years relevant working experience;
* Work as a HRBP or whole function HR Manager.
* Strong overall capability and learning capacity.
