Lab Head

This role requires a visionary scientist who can define strategic research directions, attract and develop top talent, build external collaborations with global academic institutions and industry partners, and drive the transformation of scientific discoveries into impactful products, platforms, and therapeutic solutions.

• Define and execute the long-term scientific vision and research strategy of the laboratory.
• Establish globally competitive research programs at the frontier of biomedical science.
• Identify emerging scientific opportunities and build differentiated research capabilities.
• Maintain scientific excellence and foster a culture of innovation, rigor, and collaboration.

Research Innovation

• Lead breakthrough research in one or more areas, including but not limited to:

Translational & Industrial Impact

• Develop pathways to translate scientific discoveries into industrial and commercial applications.
• Partner with business, engineering, manufacturing, and clinical teams to advance technologies from concept to product.
• Build a robust innovation pipeline that supports strategic business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for technology licensing, venture creation, strategic partnerships, and commercialization.

Team Building & Talent Development

• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing scientists and research leaders.
