• Consultative BD: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients and prospects
• Client Management: Strong partnership to understand and fulfill their talent needs
• Sourcing & Assessment: Utilize sourcing strategies to attract and assess candidates
• Industry Expertise: Keep abreast of market trends, industry challenges, and competitive landscape
• Team Leadership: Build, lead and develop a team of Consultants, providing guidance and support
• Performance Management: Meet team targets and improve overall team performance
• Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all practices comply with relevant regulations and standards

 
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years in recruitment, with substantial experience in a leadership role
• Goal-oriented and success-driven
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Business Acumen: Good understanding of business operations and financial targets
• Collaboration: You thrive in a team environment, fostering a spirit of collaboration
• Strong communication skills: Enabling effective communication with clients and candidates
