Plant Transformational Manager

The Plant Transformation Manager is responsible for driving performance enhancement and managing projects related to capital expenditures (CAPEX) within the plant. This role focuses on capacity planning, automation, and facility improvements, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution of major capital projects. The ideal candidate will streamline technical processes for new product launches, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to monitor and enhance plant performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee all CAPEX projects related to capacity expansion, automation implementation, and facility upgrades. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct comprehensive studies to assess current and future capacity needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop actionable plans.
• Manage and execute major plant initiatives, focusing on improving processes and reducing time-to-market for new launches.
• Identify and implement improvements in technical processes to accelerate new product launches and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration of new systems and processes.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and capacity planning outcomes for senior management.

• Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CAPEX processes and capital project execution.
