Main Responsibilities: 
1. Propose and implement new or more effective suppliers management scheme;
2. Fix procurement strategy of the team
3. Team management; 
Main requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree; Majoring in mechanical and relevant field; 
2. Big project and order negotiation experiences; 
3. Fluent in English;
