Technical Sales - PPF

As PPF Technical Service and Sales Expert, you'll in charge for multiple accounts management - Works Independently and is able to troubleshoot and make decisions. Undertake pre- and post-sales technical support including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance service to customers. Coordinate, investigates, and recommends new business tools for users.    

Key Responsibilities

• Market acumen, to identify and capture business opportunities.
• Pipeline management and use internal resources to win targeted projects on plan.
• Support commercial people to present technology and products to customers, onsite trial, bidding and negotiation.
• Work closely with PM team for new product test, evaluation and trouble-shooting
• After-sales service incl. training, coaching and launching to ensure customer to accept our product as soon as possible
• Work with regional service agency to build up effective service capability and coordinate smooth networking.

Qualifications

• College or above degree
• Minimum five year of working experience in PPF industry
• Project management knowledge/experience
• Good English speaking
• Result oriented, change management, promote teamwork, build trust and respect, understand market & customer perspective.
• Fluent in English.
