1. Lead and maintain a robust HR team
1. Lead and maintain a robust HR team
- Lead the overall HR team in alignment with the business strategy
- Oversee and manage the recruitment team to ensure achievement of resource targets and utilisation rates
- Oversee and manage the Compensation, Reward & Benefit Strategy
- Oversee and manage the Attendance and Payroll team
- Oversee and implement HR policies with alignment with Group HR policy and in accordance to local legislation and compliance
- Oversee and manage the HRIS – GPS
- Manage and implement the annual performance management and review for all 3 China Plants
- Foster and drive the development of new talents
- Maintain and drive strong employee engagement and relations (ER)
- Implement Global HR strategies and projects/initiatives locally
- Co-work with business partner/ plants to execute various activities and events
- Lead the Admin team in alignment with the business needs in each plant
- Provide good and timely professional service support to all plants
- Manage and ensure compliance to immigration and mobility matters and deliverables for overseas / foreign visitors and employees
- Work with relevant area on 5S improvement
- Maintain good relationship and rapport with government bodies and relevant work / industry agencies etc
- Leverage on relevant new government policies or initiatives and implement across all 3 China Plants to achieve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement intermal company poster and video for promotional activities / campaigns across all 3 China Plants
- Leverage on We-Chat and relevant social media platforms to strengthen EVP and communication strategy both internally and/or externally
- Lead and develop a strong, professional and engaged HR team
- Hire in a short time to meet sudden increase in business high volume, especially for leasing workers; and return leasing workers to labor agency in a short time when business capacity drops
- Ensure a competitive reward and benefit strategy
- Ensure accuracy and on-time payroll payments for all 3 China Plants
- Solid and up-to-date HR & company policies and guidelines that are aligned with government mandatory requirement
- Maintain a single-source-of-truth with quality and up-to-date data in GPS
- Engaged talents with growth and development opportunities
- Improve employee engagement and relationship at all times
- Deliver and implement headquarter strategies to plants level
- Maintain good environment and housekeeping for all employees, including canteen, dormitory, greenery, cleaning…etc
- Ensure timely support for both internal / external foreign visitors
- Support Visitors accommodation arrangement and other necessities
- Achieve a clean, safe and welcoming work environment for all users
- Visit government and maintain good relationship with staffs regularly
- Allowance & Subsidies from government by new favourable policies
- Make posters and video for kinds of promotion
- Write article after have some important activities. E.g. government staff visit, employee spare time activities, company promotion
