  • Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to ensure inventory levels are within reasonable range to meet sales demands while minimizing overstock and stock-out risks.
  • Analyze sales trends, seasonal variations, and market demands to optimize inventory management, ensuring timely supply and smooth sales of products.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to develop procurement plans based on sales forecasts and inventory targets, maintaining adequate inventory levels while reducing stockpiling.
  • Regularly review and adjust inventory strategies to respond to market changes, new product launches, and other influencing factors, ensuring flexibility and agility in inventory operations.
  • Analyze inventory efficiency and capital utilization, propose improvement suggestions, and optimize inventory turnover and capital returns.
  • Monitor and manage inventory health, identify and address overstock or understock issues in a timely manner, and provide effective solutions.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal departments (such as sales, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure alignment between inventory planning and overall business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in any field, with preference for relevant disciplines such as supply chain management, logistics management, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory planning or related roles in the retail industry, with preference for candidates with experience in large retail enterprises.
  • Familiarity with inventory planning tools and systems, strong data analysis skills, and logical thinking ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of effectively coordinating work among various departments.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, capable of working efficiently under pressure and achieving good results.
  • Deep understanding of market trends and business processes in the retail industry, able to quickly adapt to and address industry changes.
