Main duties and responsibilities:
Budget and Rolling FCST
-Lead & develop long-term and seasonal strategic plan.
-Lead corporate financial gate rolling forecast from business planning perspective.
-Seasonal/monthly/daily business plan breakdown by territory/store grade/specific door, consider retail moment, product launch plan and territory difference.
-Maintain close communication with the regional manager and adjust store target in a timely manner.
Sales Analysis
-Store achievement and operational indicator analysis.
-Thoroughly interpret reports and discover missing and opportunity, and work with the sales team to set subsequent improvement plans.
- Monitor the store's overall inventory and category inventory to ensure the rationality of inventory
Key Project
-Key project leader, such as ATV improvement project
-Holiday sales plan, target setting, tracking report design and analysis
-Routing reports PBI upgrade
Requirements:
Working experiences: 8 years or above working experience in related role.
Education level and qualifications: Bachelor or above
Core competency: rich knowledge in business planning, comprehensive analysis capability. Strong logical analysis ability. Good project management and business summary skills.
Business and technical skills: strong business mindset, advanced Excel and PPT skill.
Soft-skills: Cross function communication, good written and oral English, Strong learning ability.
