Job Summary:
The Senior Product Management Manager (PMM) for IP&E will be responsible for managing the IP&E business in China, aligning the company’s strategic vision with market needs. This role involves developing tailored services and product offerings, creating regional and channel-specific demand generation strategies, and driving promotional efforts to support regional sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Creation: Develop demand creation strategies based on suppliers' product portfolios for the China market.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing, agile, and motivated team capable of adapting to market changes, managing challenges, and working effectively under pressure.
- Performance Management: Supervise the team to achieve key performance metrics for product franchises.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment on business objectives and product offerings.
- Pricing Strategy: Set competitive pricing strategies, ensure profitability, and monitor P&L for dedicated product lines to optimize sales ease.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the material management team to maintain optimal inventory levels that support product line sales.
- Sales Support: Provide product marketing support to field sales teams to drive business growth.
- Principal Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with principals, staying informed of their business strategies to identify opportunities and impacts on operations.
Job Specifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Over 10 years of management experience in distributor or supplier-side functions, particularly in supplier management roles.
- Proven track record of strong industry reputation, professionalism, and leadership.
